Judy Myers, at one time had included Joseph as a defendant in this case.

Ironically Judy Myers for the last 30 years has been an addiction specialist and authroed a book which was a best seller titled 'Staying Sober"; An Exercise and Nutrition Program for the Recovering Alcoholic.

She was the trainer to the stars in Hollywood for years and designed a Relapse Prevention Program for alcoholics and drug addicts, which is also outlined in her book. She institued programs in drug treatment centers throughout the country.

Myers was endorsed by Mitzi Shore the famous owner of the Comedy Store in Hollywood and gave her her first monies to produce a local Hollywood TV show called "" Healthy Fit and Addiction Free" She interviewed the rich and famous who got sober with her program. Particularly the comedians who appeared at the Comedy Store..

Myers commented when asked if Joseph will ever coquer his addictions.

Myers stated, "Until he cleans up every aspect of his life and lives a law abiding life, he will not make it. Rehab and recovery are not for people who need it but for people who want it.

He needs to quit the lifestyle of an addict. He also needs to get brutally honest in every area of his life. If he doesn't I do not hold mcuh hope. Until then he will cotinue to be a danger to others and himself.

jOSEPH definitly should not be working with the elderly as he could become a menace and danger to the fraility of these elderly people. The Police and District attorney as well as the courts need to get him into Narcotics Anonymous immediately. If they do not push for that and it is not included in his program nothing will work. Not commuity service..nothing.
