Myers returns to Marin County for Case Management Conference. Mediation set for February 25, 2009.
MYERS HAPPY WITH JUDGE DUFFICY
Judge Michael Dufficy presiding JANUARY 28, 2009 for the case management conference, stated that if mediation is not succesful, a Final Status Conference is scheduled for March 4, 2009 to set a date for trial.
Myers stated, "Ï really am impressed with the Judge. He stated he reviewed the court file. That was a first for me. I knew then that his demeanor and take charge persona gave me a tremendous sense of relief and confidence that I might finally get justice. Besides as a member of the alumni association of Stanford as well as being Irish, the Judge and I have alot in common. Yes, I read his profile long before the hearing".
