Myers encouraged by the demeanor and background of new civil court Judge, Michael Dufficy. Final Status Conference March 4, 2009; Mediation scheduled last week in February using Marin Mediation Services per Court's request. Judge Dufficy stated that both parties to appear on March 4, 2009, and if no settlement is reached at the mediation conference he would set date for trial.

        "My father's health, welfare and assets were unprotected by public and private institutions that ignored specific rules for cases like this. In addition this situation  had National Security implications.    

In death he was ignored by an indifferent City government that is supposed to protect its elderly citizens. George Clifford White is dead. His remaining assets ($10 million has changed hands and defendant has continuously refused to account the trust assets she was in charge of) have been plundered and are in jeopordy, his name and reputation smeared.

The case of wrongful death filed at the same time as my lawsuit against Augusta. Marin real Estate agent Carolyn Svenson and her mother was dismissed with prejudice in Sept. 2007. Apparently there appeared to be some kind of settlement or it was refiled in criminal court.."

    Judy's personal intervention is the only reason the courts and investigators are involved.
